You do not choose the order. You state the dependencies, and the order follows.
A curriculum ordered by topic teaches in the order the content happens to be filed — which is how the thing people need on day one ends up in week four. State only what each objective requires before it can be performed, and the tiers compute themselves. If the result surprises you, that is the tool working.
Bring in your objectives
Pull them from tool 3 or tool 5, paste them one per line, or load the practice case to see dependency order argue with topic order.

Nothing here leaves your browser. This tool has no server and no account. Your map stays on this device, and closing the tab discards it unless you export, copy or print first.
Next in the method
With the architecture settled, Chapter 7 chooses the method for each objective — matching practice to the performance rather than to habit.
